Discover how to turn simple looking colorful paper strips into beautiful work of art. New to quilling? You will learn all the basic shapes used to create beautiful designs. Use different color of paper strips to make a custom mandala (circle) design. You can use this mandala as a wall hanging, greeting card and more. All materials will be provided, and you can take your quilling tool kit and extra paper home with you!
